WDA Summer Get-Together ☀️
📅 Saturday 4th of July from 17:00 till sunset
An easy summer evening with the team, outside and informal, just being together with a great selection of organic wines and some good music in the park.

Ben & Joke celebrate their joint birthday with 5 DJ duos playing back to back. Would be great to see you all there for a dance, drinks on the house!

Update on current clients & projects
Internal
Iris has started working 2 days a week since February. Focus is on setting up campaigns, reaching out to clients, adding structure, and getting properly embedded in the team. A monthly one-on-one check-in rhythm with each team member is being set up.
Several meetings are lined up with institutions to introduce our range of services and around their image and video strategy with the aim to make content more useful, and expand formats across different WDA divisions.
We welcome our latest team members Silvia Cappellari, Kaatje Verschoren and Dean Lever.
Photography
• New section: Interiors & Design Objects.
• Over 30 sketchbooks by Kevan scanned in our studio
• Photoshoot for M HKA in Doha by Pedro became their campaign image.
• Collaboration with BOZAR extended for another 2 years, focused on exhibition views.
• Ongoing work on a WDA photography methodology with Dimitris for at international art fairs.
• Event shoots for ... at 12 Antwerp
Video
• Video delivered for Alicia Kwade for M Leuven
• Performance registration produced for De Warande
• Video produced of Sammy Baloji for Extra City
• Partnership established with Extra City for video productions.
• Video production in London of interview of John Baldessari
3D Documentation
• Overview page for M HKA with scans from the past 5 years:

• Talks were held with Herita and Museum Dereede for a future collaboration
3D Renders
• Exhibition simulation completed for Bendt Eyckermans
• Productive meeting with production team M HKA.

• Initial exploration into offering 3D scanning services.
• Talks with various artists regarding 3D scanning of sculptures
