About us
We Document Art was founded in 2010 in Antwerp as a studio for museum-grade reproductions and exhibition documentation. Over the past fifteen years, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for artists, galleries, and institutions, steadily expanding our scope and expertise across Europe.
What began in fine art photography has evolved into a multidisciplinary practice spanning photography, video, 3D renders, virtual exhibitions, and art support. This reflects both the changing demands of the art world and our own desire to explore how artworks can be documented, translated, and shared in both physical and digital space.
Team
Our team includes photographers, artists, designers, writers, and architects, each maintaining an independent practice alongside collaborative projects. This perspective allows us to approach commissions not simply as a service, but as a dialogue with the work and its context.
The studio is led by Ben Van den Berghe, with Alexey Shlyk, Bas Blaasse, Lana Jones, Thor Vermin, Edi Winarni, Chris Clarke, Eline Verstegen, Joost Joossen, and Dimitris Siokis. Around this core team, we collaborate with a wider circle of freelancers, enabling us to take on projects across different scales and countries.
