Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the webshop of We Document Art (“WDA”), located at www.wedocumentart.com, and govern the sale of 3D scanning packages and related products.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted via [list payment methods].
Delivery and Performance
Digital products (such as 3D scan files) are delivered electronically to the email address provided. Physical products, if applicable, will be shipped to the provided address. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed upon order.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Exception: This right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase if the customer has agreed to waive this right before delivery.
